8.0Alberghetto a gestione familiare, pulito e buona colazione. Personale cordiale e dal terrazzino esterno c'è una bella vista. Biancheria ben pulita.
− E' un pochino lontano da tutto. Serve migliorare la disinfestazione, di notte ho ucciso una blatta dentro la camera. La camera faceva un pochino puzza di fumo

3.0Il rimborso è avvenuto in maniera immediata. La disponibilità del personale al ceckout che ha cercato di darmi tutte le spiegazioni riguardo all'evento avvenuto al checkin
− Una volta arrivato in struttura il Receptionists mi chiede di saldare la camera nonostante avessi pagato con booking qualche giorno prima. Mi costringe a pagare nuovamente la camera infischiandosene del problema e rifiutandosi di chiamare l'assistenza Booking.com (cosa che ho fatto io la sera stessa per il rimborso). L'accoglienza della camera, il mobilio troppo usurato e antico televisione malfunzionante, muffa dentro il bagno, mancanza di beni esseziali (acqua da bere in camera)
