Comfortable but needs minor improvements
6.0The location is great in a good neighbourhood and close to Asda & servo and short drive to town centre. Large rooms and plenty of space suited our needs. We found internet and tv work and had items listed. Parking was good. Agents were quick with replies overall happy with the property
− The lounge couches need replacing along with couple of the blinds, mattresses are soft. The shower is ok but varies. A few minor improvements required as discussed with agent
Good value but tired
7.0Nicely located in a quiet cul de sac within very easy walk of Asda supermarket. All rooms are a good size and comfortable. For a short stay the house is completely functional. Neighbour was friendly.
− Living room furniture was very tired. TV didn't work remote was dead. Conservatory door was very insecure Shower in bathroom was very poor Downstairs bathroom sink tap was completely loose. Kitchen items rudimentary and tired

− They shower was leaking through the light the internet wasn’t working the blinds were all broke the couch was broke the pans were broke it was a disgrace the telly wouldn’t even work to watch live tv the house want clean all the blankets had all dead spiders on and all over the floor they’re was cob webs everywhere the floor was disgusting we had to buy stop to clean the floor I would never go back and we rang to say about internet and they just send the password which we already knew but internet was just broke it was a disgrace we had no service to speak to our family or friends
