10.0Het uitzicht vanaf het terras op Patras en de zee. Goed bed. goed ingerichte badkamer. Keuken goed uitgerust. Nette host. Koekjes en snoep bij aankomst op de eettafel. Tomaten, citroenen en paprika's ontvangen uit eigen moestuin van de host. Parkeren voor de deur. Rustige ligging, met googlemaps goed bereikbaar.
− De trap (10 treden) naar de studio, voor ons geen probleem. Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn zou dit een probleem kunnen zijn.

10.0It has everything that you need in a apartment…it feels like a home! Delightful cookies and jam from the owners. The patio and the view are worth it!! Easy to communicate we the owner and since they live there, easy accès to him for any question.
− It was perfect for our needs, but it’s not central Patras so you need a car to go around.
Everything was great, cosy, comfortable, peaceful, will all necessary facilities for a family stay.
10.0We arrived very late, during the night. The hosts waited for us, explained everything in detail and offered warm home-made cookies. We felt so welcomed.
