− I stayed at this property for one night and was very disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance. Upon arrival, I noticed animal waste throughout the property grounds. The hosts appeared to have dogs on the property, but there was dog poop scattered around the outdoor areas, which was unpleasant and unsanitary. There was also trash left outside, including what looked like charcoal and firewood packaging. The outdoor furniture was extremely dusty and appeared to have been neglected for quite some time. Safety was also a concern. There were hoses stretched across the ground, and I actually tripped over one shortly after arriving. Guests already need to watch their footing around the rocky terrain, so leaving hoses in walkways creates an unnecessary hazard. Inside the property, the condition wasn’t much better. The stairs leading to the bedroom were sticky and clearly needed a thorough cleaning. The curtain was also hanging improperly when I arrived, giving the impression that the property had not been properly checked or prepared before my stay. What was most frustrating is that guests are expected to clean before checking out, yet the property itself did not appear to have been properly cleaned or maintained before our arrival. Basic cleanliness and upkeep should be provided to guests, especially when cleaning expectations are placed on them. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not stay here again without significant improvements to the property’s cleanliness and maintenance

A cosy little cabin to rest after exploring Ojai

Perfect night stay for those who prefer staying away from town. The cabin is just located by the creek. You'll hear birds chirping and. the sound of rushing water all day. The RV is extremely clean and comfortable, perfect for up to 2 people. It's located just beside the trailhead to the Punchbowls. The RV has hot water, a cooking stove though I did not use it and a well-stocked kitchen with amenities. Instructions for key pick-up is clear and easy too.

− Wi-fi wasn't working but it didn't bother me.
