− Muchísimo calor en las habitaciones de arriba y las ventanas de la mía no se podían abrir del todo para ventilar. Dormimos con la puerta abierta. Tampoco nos podíamos refrescar con agua porque salía muy caliente. No nos dieron solución.
Experiencia para olvidar.
1.0Lo único bueno ha sido el trato de la persona que nos ha atendido.
− Habitación sin climatizar con opción de solicitar, pagando, un aparato de aire acondicionado "portátil" a pesar de ser imprescindible. La foto de la reserva, comparándola con la habitación real que nos asignaron se parecen lo mismo que pueden parecerse ün huevo y una castaña". (No es serio engañar con fotos que no corresponden, ni por asomo) Lo peor no es que lo haya pagado como suplemento, sino que me lo hayan entregado en modo "hazlo tú mismo y búscate la vida". Intento poner en marcha del aparato y veo que la única manera de instalarlo es de forma "chapucera", con la ventana abierta. Enciendo el aparato y veo que, con el ruido que hace, será imposible aguantarlo mucho rato. Por último, para redondear la experiencia, cuando intento ducharme nos damos cuenta que el agua que llega al baño de la habitación es agua caliente "muy caliente", en ambas posiciones de los grifos. (¡Tarde de sábado arruinada!) Decidimos irnos, abandonar la habitación sin perder tiempo en reclamar nada más, e intentar salvar el fin de semana en otro lugar.

− Que no había agua fría, estábamos a 40 grados y solo salía agua caliente. Dejamos correr el agua y a cada vez más caliente.

8.0Nos gustó todo, sitio muy tranquilo para pasar en familia y poder desconectar de la rutina.
− No le pongo un 10 por un unico problema y es que sale agua muy caliente de los grifos sin poderle regular, aun en frío salía ardiendo.
