6.0+price +very friendly staff +clean +aircondition and safety box
− -the door to room nr.6: very difficult to open and to close because door blocks on the floor -again problems with safety box at check-in (had to change batteries etc. which should have been regulated BEFORE a new guest comes!) -noisy windows and door to balcony when there is a little wind, sleeping in the night was nearly impossible -my first stay here 2 weeks ago was much better in another room
