− Zwembad niet onderhouden, ontbijt weinig keuze, Geen water op de kamer.
A bit disappointing but good enough for a short stay.
7.0Newly built facilities so everything clean and fresh. Very helpful staff. AC and wifi work well enough for this guest's moderate needs.
− Functions and appearance of room are not what they should be in a new facility. Poor workmanship seems to be the cause (e.g., problem with bathroom sliding door, unsatisfactory lock on room door). Electrical outlets are placed in inconvenient places for a traveller (also plug adapters are needed if using equipment, like chargers, from other countries). Staff lends adapter from large-three-round-prongs to Botswana&South Africa standard, which differs from Europe and Americas. But many guests steal the lent adapters - could justify lending against deposit.

9.0Espectacular el lugar, habitaciones nuevas y camas muy cómodas. Personal muy agradable. Todo muy limpio Te preparan la cena y el desayuno incluso para llevar si tienes que madrugar para ir de safari Piscina perfecta. Necesitas coche para llegar, pero esto no es ningún problema

4.0Staff were nice but be aware there is a fee if you ask for airport transfer. Lovely pool and comfy beds.
− We couldn’t shower in the bathroom because it smelt so bad like manure. Major problem with ants in the room they were in our bags in the morning.
