Very good potential, but it feels underutilised.

− The pool looked dirty and the restaurant doesn’t work. The parking spaces look very nice, but are very narrow and quite challenging with a wider car.

10.0Toată locația este minunată. Camera este superbă, mobilată și utilată, patul este senzațional de confortabil, baie mare și echipată cu tot ce trebuie, răcoare și liniște, intim și relaxant, lumina nocturnă. Ne-am simțit în siguranță și minunat de bine.
− Poate că în camera noastră nu s-a mai cazat nimeni de ceva timp dar ar fi trebuit șters praful de pe mobilă și ațele de păianjeni din dulapuri, la fel și pe geamul de la baie, pe exterior. In rest nimic de comentat.

9.0Може би най-различното и нестандартно място за настаняване в Балчик:-) За нас беше изключително удобно като локация - точно в началото (или края) на пешеходната алея, в непосредствена близост до Двореца и Ботаническата градина. Много ни хареса и като тип настаняване и удобства - просторно и чисто бунгало с интересен интериор, хубава баня, много добра интернет връзка, самостоятелен достъп и осигурено паркомясто. Имахме много добра предварителна комуникация и ясни указания за достъпа до комплекса. Жената, която ни посрещна и изпрати, беше много любезна и отзивчива.
− Заведението в комплекса не работеше по време на нашия престой.

− Nu am beneficiat de toate facilitatile complexului, restaurantul a fost inchis, piscina neintretinuta.
