UNA NOTTE E MAI PIÙ.VERGOGNOSO.
1.0La stanza era da descrizione e pulita
− Ho vissuto un incubo.Sono arrivata in una struttura che è rimasta senza luce dalle 13:30 all'indomani.Non sono stata avvisata del disservizio se non al mio arrivo,non mi è stata data possibilità di accomodamento altrove.Ho dovuto salire 3 rampe di scale totalmente al buio,sono arrivata in una stanza che era più un forno crematorio,con acqua corrente minima e rovente.Non avendo luce quindi non ho avuto acqua corrente necessaria per lavarmi adeguatamente,non ho potuto caricare nessuno dei miei dispositivi mettendomi in seria difficoltà per pagamenti e spostamenti in un posto che non conosco,non ho potuto bere nemmeno acqua fresca perchè logicamente il frigo non funzionava.Ritengo sia follia pura.Inoltre non solo sono stata presa ampiamente in giro con le loro prese di tempo,hanno fatto in modo che non potessi parlare con nessuno scomparendo in struttura,per poter reclamare decente.Un incubo che mi ha portata a dormire il balcone per disperazione (dormire si fa per dire dato che appunto il pavimento non è un letto).Non mi vergogno a dire che mi sono potuta lavare solo poco prima di partire.Cosa pazzesca,mi era stato detto che era un guasto di zona (noi numero civico 53) e poche porte più in là (73) ma anche frontalmente direttamente era tutto illuminato,anche la strada lo era!NON SONO PROFESSIONALI E NON LI CONSIGLIO.HO GIÀ AVVISATO CHI DI COMPETENZA DELLA COSA E SPERO IN UN RIMBORSO COMPLETO QUANTO MENO COME SCUSE,dato che da parte loro,nemmeno quelle ci sono state.VERGOGNA.

7.0Obiekt w dobrej lokalizacji, kilka minut na pieszo do centrum, w recepcji lodówka z napojami w dobrych cenach, śniadania smaczne, pokój czysty z dobrze działającą klimatyzacją
− Wi-fi niestety nie działało i dobrze że miałyśmy Własną przejściówkę do kontaktu ponieważ znajdująca się w pokoju była zepsuta

7.0The room was fine, but it didn’t have a hairdryer. I contacted the host, and they told me they would bring one the next day, but they never did and then stopped replying to my messages. It’s a shame, as better communication and customer service would have made the stay much more enjoyable.
