− Not being informed that the property we booked was unavailable until the day we were due to arrive The location we were moved too was 10mins away from where we booked, we had to chase the host for details of getting the key

− We were supposed to have parking, yet space was at the other end of the estate (despite the property having a parking space directly outside in a separate gated area. Further to this we were asked to move our vehicle over as we had touched the line of the next door Neighbours space (this was due to glass & other foreign objects being in our allotted space. We then went shopping & when we came back somebody else had parked in our space but we had no idea where they were, when we called the Landlord we were told to just park on the street anywhere, despite booking this property due to parking. The decor was shabby & rundown & bedding was dirty & stained.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
