− The breakfast was just a collection of breakfast items in the room - not quite what expected when advertised with Breakfast.
Peaceful, comfortable and relaxing near St Austell
10.0This was a wonderful and peaceful location and less than five minutes from the A390. The room was just the right size with an ensuite bathroom, modern in design and overlooked a little stream and garden. The breakfast was very generous and set one up for the day. Tony and Lesley the hosts provided information and were generous with their time. It was easy to travel to places in the vicinity - Lost Gardens of Heligan, Mevagissey, St Austell and Fowey. I would definitely stay here again.

7.0Location was ideal for what I had planned to do. Lovely lake to walk round in the evening. Shower was powerful with good soft water. Helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent provided in the room. The footpath to the local pub for evening meal was a lovely walk.
− The sign at the top of the drive could be a bit clearer. I found the mini fridge really quite noisy but I live in a very rural setting and there is no noise.
