10.0Wir haben 3 Nächte in dem Zimmer mit Balkon verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr cozy und alle Räume sauber. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter:innen konnten uns bei Fragen gut weiterhelfen. Wir würde immer wieder kommen.
Very disappointing, not very comfortable and frequently frustrating.
1.0Cheap and good location
− No hot water in the upstairs bathroom, toilet upstairs didn’t work consistently, they said they would provide toiletries which only included a tiny bar of soap and some toilet paper. We tried to book a tour two days in advance and were told to ask again tomorrow, when we tried again it was booked out we had to pay for a more expensive tour at a time we didn’t want to do. The staff were unhelpful when we complained about this. Our room was tiny and looked like a prison cell and smelled like damp.
