10.0Confortabil, curat, excelent mic dejun, personal amabil.
− Nu mi-a plăcut ca piscinele Oltul au fost închise între 13-27 iulie (13-19 iulie a fost vacanța mea), fără un anunț prealabil pe booking, însă i-am iertat deși durerea mea de spate a fost o problemă în deplasarea de la corpul Căciulata la corpul Cozia zilnic. Felicitări d-lui Manager (cred) care a venit (după deschiderea piscinelor Oltul) și a verificat atent fiecare detaliu legat de aceste minunate piscine. L-am văzut acum dar și anul trecut la fel de atent și grijuliu.
Frumos, plăcut, 3-4 nopti
8.0Camera mare, curata, balcon mare, personal calificat, restaurant mare, curat, mancare bună, proaspata, personalul din restaurant, ospătari, bucătar excepționali, profesionisti. Bravo! Revin cu placere!
− Nu am înțeles, de ce nu se golesc scrumiere de pe balcon?! Asta nu mi a plăcut. La Aqua Park, unde este acel bufet/cantina, nu știu exact cum se numește, acolo lasa de dorit, nu inspira încredere de a manca.Ar fi păcat sa nu amenajați acel colț unde se și mănâncă. Dar cafeaua era bună. Personalul care servea, am văzut, de fapt am și cumpărat mancare într-o zi, nu cantareau porțiile, puneau la "ochi", ca știu ei exact cât trebuie.
