7.0I accepted the upgrade offer to their another hostel close to the bus terminal, same price with free breakfast. 1.English speaking staffs and always fast replied on Whats app 2.Breakfast includes 2 medialunas and beverage (coffee, tea, chocolate..) 3.Cozy and clean bed 4.Good shower with abundant hot water (no free toiletries neither tower) 5.Good and fast wifi 6.Well-equipped and clean kitchen 7.They also run a travel agency: Paisajes del Sur
− 1.Close to the bus terminal (1min walk), but far away from downtown (more than 20mins walk). 2.Not enough electronic sockets

− 1.It was 9 usd per night though my booking was 26.73usd in total for 3 nights (they won't give change below 1 dollar) 2. The furnace in the room was not powderful enough 3.The kitchen never opens on time...it opened after I asked
