The unit is very comfortable. 2 br + 2 bathroom.. Spacious and confortable. Furthermore the building is equipped with elevator. Even located at 5th floor, it was no hassle to go up and down.

Old place in need of a deep clean

Location near to convenient stores / restaurants.

− The house needs major cleaning and preferably interior refurbishment. Everything is at the brink of falling apart. I'm sure with a deep clean this place has lots of potential.

Water pressure is not that good

House is comfy, amenities sufficient, parking ample.

− Water pressure for the shower is just not that good. Even after we consulted with the owner on how to make the water pressure go stronger, it wasnt that strong. Just decided to shower using the normal faucet which has good pressure but then no water heater lah. Also, i feel like we were the only people in that building haha it was sooooooo silent.
