Hotel Room did not meet the expectation
6.0The staff was quite active, cooperative, and supportive throughout our stay. Whenever we contacted reception, they responded promptly and tried to assist. The breakfast was good and enjoyable, which was one of the better parts of our experience.
− This hotel was a disappointment. The room we received was nothing like the pictures shown online. Cleanliness was a serious concern, and many things in the room were either broken or not properly maintained. We had to repeatedly contact reception for basic issues, which should not happen during a family stay. Although the staff responded, the constant follow-ups were tiring. Given the high price, this hotel is not worth it. There are better and more reliable hotels in Murree that provide much better value and peace of mind. I regret choosing this place.
