Unit was advertised as wheelchair accessible, and it was anything but accessible inside or out.
3.0They supplied umbrellas. The bedding was nice and I found the beds comfortable. That’s it.
− It was advertised as wheelchair accessible. There are five steps at the entry to the building one step at the entry to the doorway, one step up to get into the living area, one step up to get into the walk-in shower and no space to put a wheelchair. It is anything but wheelchair accessible. In the bathroom, the toilet is in a little cubby with no grab bars, the sink is recessed and inaccessible from a wheelchair. See photos attached.
