Este un apartament la etajul 1 al unui bloc situat intr-un cartier liniștit, destul de aproape de centru, cu un loc de parcare. Bucătăria dotata cu tot ce trebuie.

− Curățenie facuta de mantuiala. Aparatura, mobilierul din bucătărie îmbâcsite de grăsime.Asternuturi și prosoape inchise la culoare, dădea senzația ca nu sunt suficient de curate. Ferestrele prăfuite.

− Are multa vesela si probabil ca nu exista timp destul pentru a fi toate spalate si sa fie spalate foarte bine. Mai bine ar fi mai putina vesela, dar care sa fie bine spalata. Baia este mica ...
