Our stay at Residenza le Magnolie was very nice. Communication with the host before arrival was easy and clear. When we arrived, we received the keys from the owner, who only spoke Italian, but this was not a problem because all the information provided beforehand was clear and helpful. During our stay, any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. The house is beautiful, with spacious rooms and two bathrooms, which is convenient when traveling as a group. We made great use of the balcony and kitchen area in the mornings and evenings. There is a supermarket within walking distance. To reach the town center, I would recommend using a car. However, once in Orosei, there are a lot of restaurants to choose from for several evenings out. Check-out was easy, and we appreciated the flexibility to leave a little later. Overall, we had a very good stay and would recommend this accommodation.

We really feel like at home, welcomed and the owners talk with us every day, suggest beach to visit and the gave us fruits from the garden, it was lovely! It is nice house in the country next to the city. You are in the huge garden which continues as orchard. House is amazing, there is the huge living room in classic middle of 20th century wood furniture, nice fire place and fully equipped kitchen in rustically style. There is terrace under the roof adjacent to the kitchen so you can have dinner there. There are 3 nice bedrooms in separate part of the house, one of them - master bedroom is really huge with bathroom, second bathrooms is dedicated for children. Place is mostly quiet, it is 2 minutes by car to the city Orosey where you find plenty od restaurants, cafes, gelaterias, shops and other services. There is many nice beaches in the city (7 minutes by car) or around so we were on 4 or five different beaches (25 to 40 minutes) during the 10 days. It is quite close from the port so dont travel long. On the ground floor there are living owners with cute small dog which is only around ground floor. Parking is a bit challenge because the house in the steep slope but no problem for average driver.

− There isn't anything serious, time to time dogs are barking on neighboring site, but it is much better then noise from cars or noisy neighbour in the city or some hotels. We have some minor technical issues but host always promptly solve them, some hotels can teach how to do service and maintenance.
