Se trata de un apartamento reformado con sencillez, pero en ello reside su gran encanto. Es muy acogedor y comodo, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos bonitos días de vacaciones. Con su poderoso aire acondicionado el descanso es perfecto. La limpieza es impecable, gracias a la colaboración de toda la familia, con todo cuidadosamente ordenado. Su ubicación es perfecta, prácticamente a pie de playa y muy céntrico.
− Por tratarse de una comunidad de antigua construcción no dispone de ascensor pero por otra parte es muy tranquila.
