1.0− Me cancelaron por WhatsApp la reserva, indicando que ya no tenían habitación disponible, es decir, no es seguro hacer reservas en este hotel. Lo más irrespetuoso es que la cancelación fue tarde de la noche, yo conocía la ciudad y llegaba súper tarde.

6.0Hotel is good But there was a receptionist that tried no to honor booking rate as well as the prices for refreshments She tried to charge more for everything if I am not mistaken she is from Venezuela when she tried no to honor the booking rate and i mentioned that the hotel across the street always honored Booking's rate she told to go there Very very rude the hotel doesn't need a receptionist lkke her
