It's a shame because the location is wonderful, but the lack of cleanliness and attention to basic hospitality stand

− The only things this hotel has going for it are its beautiful beachfront location and the genuinely friendly staff, who were always polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The towels in our room looked dirty and worn, which immediately gave a poor impression. There was no room service available, which was inconvenient and unexpected. Breakfast was underwhelming, with fruit that was clearly not fresh. To make matters worse, we found two earwigs in the shower, which made us question the cleanliness of the room.
Great for a short stay in Oak Bluffs. Perfect location, friendly staff & a very relaxed vibe.

The value, experience, and location was great!
10.0Colleen and Kenya were amazing. They were very attentive and engaging. They really made our vacation special because of how they engaged with our elderly parents. That really put the cherry on top of our trip. We will be back.
− It is a minor thing, but the light fixtures needed dusting. Other than that it was a top tier experience.
I won’t go there again it’s not worth it.
4.0Location was great, water pressure in shower was great
− Price-already too high for a one bed and pull out, but then added additional daily fee 2 weeks b4. Fliowers and branches covered walkway, it rained two days so we had to walk on muddy grass to get back and forth to our room to the common area. Common area outside wasn’t kept. After storm no effort was made to sweep up leaves or make the area usable aalso it was storage area for extra screen doors. Asked for items from front desk( via email) either no response or told to go to front desk and no one was there( even after ringing bell and waiting)
