− Que no tenga las habitaciones insonorizadas, no nos gustó que el televisor estuviera con un volumen fijo sin poder subirlo o bajarlo y las toallas un poco pequeñas.
Muy bonito lugar, nuevo. El manejo de la administración aún no es perfecto pero seguro con la experiencia de los cliente
9.0Me gustó la privacidad, diseño de las habitaciones y ubicación
− No hay conserjería presencial, sino a distancia. Pero no responden inmediatamente. Por ejemplo para el checkin que parte a las 15 h me contestaron a las 19 h. Y para el checkout me contestaron cuando ya no estaba en el hotel un domingo por la mañana.

− Se me quedaron unas crema (que estaban nuevas) y cuando pedi ir a buscarlas me dijeron que no se había quedado nada…. Osea se las quedaron ellos. Cuando me quise bañar no salía agua caliente.
