− It was a bit dark - the rooms are in the cellar and while they do have windows, it feels a bit gloomy

Lack of access!
3.0− Was unable to enter eventhough the door was supposed to be open ‘at all times’The room no should be indicated in the booking which it was not, but we obviously never made it to the room anyway because of the locked door. The photos indicated to go through the basement, which was locked, but the patio door indicated to go through the courtyard which was completely dark and uneven. We never found any stairs in the courtyard/garden. We walked around for ten minuttes, no one came. It was late and dark, I had a child with me and we had had a long drive. We had to go to a hotel instead with no refund from this place even through we could not enter, and ended up spending way too much money to just sleep 7 hours. Very disapponted
