Location was close to where I needed to do my business. The bed was decent and clean sheets at least.

− The apartment was really dirty especially the kitchen and the bathroom, not cleaned before we checked in. Clean towels were not provided . The host came to fetch all the clean towels after we checked in.

− I would like to make a formal complaint about my recent stay. Firstly, there was a heap of black waste bags, used cannisters of fast gas just beside the entrance door. The oven was still dirty and had foil that had been previously used to cook and had the fish smell. Therefore I did not use it. There were no hangers in a wardrobe, which is quite strange and how was I supposed to store my clothing. Lastly and certainly the main aspect of me making a decision to leave the property on that Friday night. There was noise (drilling) as works were being done within the apartment, closeby I couldn't hear the TV. There was several power trips, to a point where it was a complete power cut and felt I needed to leave as I just didn't feel comfortable to continue my stay. This is very frustrating as a weekend where I wanted to relax has added more stress and cost me money than intended. I had to make another booking, luckily a Travelodge closeby had a room where I was able to sleep the night. I also had brought food that was to be stored in the fridge but due to the multiple power cuts the food was no longer going to be suitable until Saturday morning or even Sunday morning which was the intended stay until. Additional costs has been unnecessary and very frustrating as it was food I was going to eat and prepare but unable to do so now. This property is not suitable for a stay and should be looked into further. The service I received was not a good value for money spent. I have messaged the property host to inform him that I have returned the apartment key to the keysafe at the property same Friday night before going to Travelodge Barking. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this property.

I only like big lcd on front wall that’s a good thing.

− It’s not cleaned without toiletries.bed sheets was dirty and hair on bed.bin without bin bag.toilet was not cleaned. There is no comforter on bed.we are couple but there only one towel which was also not in good condition.there was no lock inside room.

Awful - worst property i’ve ever stayed in.

− The property was filthy. There were dirty cloths and there were gloves in the shower. Not even a hand towel to dry your hands in the bathroom. There was a hideous odour on the rug in the bedroom that we had to put outside the room because it smelt so bad. There were hairs and thick dust everywhere. It was advertised as free parking but when we arrived, there was not enough space for us to park. When we asked about it, we were told that we could “just block other cars in and if they needed us to move they would call us” which obviously wouldn’t work because we were going out! We had to park in a car park round the corner which cost £20, which we will be expecting to be reimbursed for. There was extremely minimal information provided by the host - nothing about how to get into the car park or how to get into the property from the back of the building. We were also given the wrong key code. Someone else was checking into the other property managed by the same people and they also said how poor the service had been and how they hadn’t been given any helpful information by the host.
