− After extendeding my stay through Booking.com. I encountered a minor misunderstanding with the reservation. I was initially informed that my booking had been declined, only for this to be corrected later. The situation left me somewhat confused about what had happened, but it was eventually clarified as a communication issue. While I didn’t expect to face such an experience at a high-value property like Kumbali, the matter was resolved promptly and proffessionally. Overall, it is a place of excellent standards, and I will certainly be back on my next visit to Lilongwe..

8.0De warme ontvangst, de top locatie en het meedenken met de klant (we hadden een vlucht om 3 uur in de ochtend). Vergeet ook zeker niet het super sjieke kasteel te bezoeken (we kregen er een top rondleiding) !
