Abian was a remarkable host, extremely attentive and went over and above in terms of providing us with information, suggestions and advice. He also put a baby paddling pool on the terrace for our one year old to splash about in. The apartment was surprisingly well stocked with lots of thoughtful touches including wine, crisps, water even Toiletries. Having a washing machine was a god send on holidays with a baby too. The apartment was in a great location for us, quiet with a fab view of the ocean but also possible to walk to shops, restaurants, beaches and the harbour.

− A lot of steps which was tricky with a stroller. But this is to be expected in Lanzarote, and didn't take away from our fantastic stay.

Everything. Apartment was spotless and very spacious. Balcony was a great size with view of the sea. Our host was so helpful and checked in to ensure everything was to our standard, offered information about the area etc. Area was quiet (which was perfect for us) but just a few minutes from bars /restaurants. There is a good supermarket beside the complex and some small bars/restaurants. Lovely boardwalk on our doorstep. This apartment would also be perfect for a solo traveller. Gated entrance and felt very safe. Others staying in the complex were friendly. Altogether a fantastic apartment.
