− There is very loud building work going on directly above from 7am until 4pm scheduled until the end of 2026 There is no seats on the balcony presumably as you would get covered in debris and dust from above You cannot drink the tap water as stated as the filter has been disconnected You are asked not to open kitchen or bathroom windows, again to stop dust and debris from above There is a lack of bedroom storage although a massive space where a dresser would fit Noisy cockerels and peacocks next door who often wake you before the building works start There is no terrace above, that’s what there building on The view from the rear window shows a pile of building rubble The view from the front is just the roof across the road
