10.0Mercy and her colleague were exceptional hosts. They are easy, responsive, ready to help, and very welcoming.
− Lack of WiFi in the banda area next to the gate.
Misunderstanding.
3.0The location. Is next to the highway. Serene place.
− Misunderstanding between a 1 room with 2 adults occupancy. We were 3 adults, the driver was to leave to see his family in his rural home, just nearby. After check in we left to Kitui town. The two of us came back at around 10pm East Africa Time (EAT) and we were literally told to go away. Reason: The room allows 1 adult person and now we are 2. We left the premises and looked for a different place to sleep. So the amount paid was spent in an hour and half we were there. Advice: Ask the management before you make your payments about their houses/room occupancy before you make any payments, because they wont refund you even a fraction of amount paid. The dude, will tell you used up his house and hung up. Sad. Never had this experience in all my stays with booking.com
I really enjoyed my stay and it’s great value for money.
