Great stay in a very nice area and home!!
9.0Location was pretty good but it was not Salter Path but instead Newport. Peyman, the host, was great. House was cozy and the neiborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Master bedroom was awesome. AC was great once we figured out how to use the smart options. Nearby restaurants were pretty awesome. El Patron was delicious if you like Mexican food. Would definitely stay there again.
− Just a couple of things. 2nd bathroom shower curtain was worn and looked moldy. Water came out of the master bathroom unless you changed the angle of the shower head. The living room ceiling fan wasn't working. Beach nearby was actually just an inlet, not much to it. Beaches were like 20 minutes away. Minor things.

It was not a place where we could rest at the end of the day.
5.0When entering you say "this is so nice". Really liked the master bathroom and the openess of the living room/kitchen. Everything was good until we sat on the couch to rest.
− Furniture was not functional; couch was old & so soft we had trouble getting off; same for the one chair. 2nd bathtub as a slippery hazzard. Bar stools too high. No chairs in bedroom to put on shoes.
Comfortable Charmer
10.0The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location is wonderful. Extra blankets in the closets, the appliances were new and clean, the backyard was amazing with the patio furniture and the grill. The hanging lights across the yard created a nice atmosphere. Very pet friendly with bowls and the entire backyard fenced in.

9.0Great location. Very private. Easy access. Extremely clean spacious home. Great amenities. Beautiful fenced yard. Loved all the patio furniture was covered. Nice propane fire and great fireplace! The welcome basket was a wonderful touch. The property host was great, answering all my questions promptly.
− Not having televisions in all the bedrooms.
