10.0⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ein absolutes Traumhaus! Was für ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Dieses Guesthaus ist mit so viel Liebe und Kreativität eingerichtet – jede Ecke strahlt Charme und Persönlichkeit aus. Der Pool war einfach herrlich, und der Blick von dort auf den Ararat ist schlicht atemberaubend 🤩 Die Gastgeber waren das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts: unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und immer mit einem Lächeln willkommen heißend. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Jeden Morgen gab es ein wirklich kreatives und köstliches Frühstück, auf das wir uns jeden Tag aufs Neue gefreut haben – mit so viel Sorgfalt zubereitet, dass man merkte, wie viel Herzblut dahintersteckt. Zwischen dem herrlichen Ausblick, dem gemütlichen Pool und der wunderbaren Gastfreundschaft war einfach alles perfekt. Wir können dieses Guesthaus mit vollem Herzen weiterempfehlen und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

10.0A house with a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The shared area includes a comfortable living room, a kitchen with a gas stove, a bathroom, and a balcony overlooking Mount Ararat (on clear days). The garden has cherry and mulberry trees, and you can pick and eat the fruit straight from the branches — it tastes far better than anything you can buy in a store. But the biggest highlight is the hosts. Here you'll experience true Armenian hospitality: the kind where the hosts have already given you what you need before you've even realized you needed it )) Zhanna prepared such an amazing breakfast that we were completely full, yet we still couldn't finish even half of what she served. During the night, a few mulberries fell onto our car parked under the tree, and while we were getting ready to leave in the morning, the hosts washed the car with a Kärcher pressure washer (my god!). We left in a state of pleasant disbelief that complete strangers could show us so much warmth and care. Thank you so much, Zhanna and Vaik, for the wonderful time we had at Guests House Qotukner.
− We were very lucky to be the only guests, so we didn't have to share the kitchen or the bathroom with anyone else. However, if you prefer a private bathroom, you may not like having to share the accommodation with other guests.

10.0Хочу выразить огромную благодарность нашим невероятно гостеприимным армянским хозяевам за незабываемый отдых! Всё прошло просто идеально. Особо хочется отметить потрясающую домашнюю кухню — это было настоящее гастрономическое удовольствие! Вид с нашей балконной террасы на Арарат просто покорил наши сердца, это то, что останется в памяти на всю жизнь. Также хочу передать теплый привет замечательным питомцам: дружелюбному Джеку, очаровательному коту Васеньке и всем остальным животным, которые сделали наше пребывание еще уютнее и душевнее.Отдельное спасибо за организацию нашего досуга: хозяева помогли нам с арендой минивэна для поездок нашей большой компанией из шести человек. Мы провели три дня на экскурсиях с прекрасным водителем, и всё было организовано на высшем уровне. Но особенно нас тронула человеческая порядочность: дочка забыла в машине серьги, и когда мы уже потеряли надежду, наши хозяева проявили невероятную заботу. Они связались с водителем, который жил в другом регионе, и он не только бережно упаковал украшения в коробочку, но и передал их через друзей. Наши хозяева забрали серьги и лично вернули их дочке по пути в аэропорт! Это было просто великолепно. В этом доме и среди этих людей царит удивительная атмосфера добра и честности. Обязательно вернемся к вам снова!
