AT THE TIME I WANT TO COLLECT KEY AT GUARD, THERE WERE 2 GUEST TRYING CALL THIS HOST MANY TIME. ALREADY WAITING FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS. WITH THIS, I WOULD REQUEST REFUND.

− Sucks, no one online and receive any call and whatsapp. I was waiting outside of that apartment for 2 hours and sent me a message said that they are having an emergency water leaking issues and cant get any refund.
