− The towels there are not good, I told the host and here was her response "Please bear with us on the towels which were gifted by a guest and in support of green living we put them to use but only for 1 night stay guests. When they wear off, we shall replace. Highly appreciate this important feedback, we shall look out on whether it will recur with other guests for immediate action. Do not hesitate to share any more suggestions to make your stay better next time, such tips are of great importance and help. In case you find this apartment booked next time, check with me as I have other apartments within the." The part about the towels being "gifted by a guest" and only being used for "1 night stay guests" implies that short-stay guests receive lower-quality amenities that made me very disappointed
