1.0− Worst behavior. We booked with full payment after confirmation from booking.com and the property but they refused our stay at the hotel in stead they adjusted in lower class hotel 35 km away from Tawang. with a promise of refund the balance amount. I had to pay 2000 rupees extra to the taxi as there were no alternatives. It was a horrible experience . I request booking.com to take action against the hotel and make arrangements to refund the money. Otherwise I will request all tourist to avoid the hotel.
