Great location...good value accommodation with friendly host.
9.0Good location for exploring the area, good countryside & coastal walks via south east coastal path. The bedroom was cosy and the flat was clean. Aldi was a 3 minute walk away so great for stocking up on food etc. The location was quiet and the host was welcoming.
− The flat has open glassed frontage leading out to car parking area and the host's house. Could be more private. We were below the upstairs accommodation and although not noisy soundproofing could be better.

9.0The view from the window was wonderful and it was in a lovely quiet area still close to town and facilities. Everything seemed to be provided that I might require.
− During the heatwave it was difficult to get the air moving even with the fan.

Attractive ground-floor apartment in quiet location on the edge of Weymouth.
7.05 strong points: Quiet semi-rural location. Close to Weymouth shops and attractions. Ground-floor apartment, clean and with ample space. Decent facilities and comprehensive written guide. Adjacent designated parking in drive.
− Opportunities to improve: Terrace doors difficult to unlock and open, which could inhibit emergency exit. Terrace window stiff and could not be left securely open on latch in hot weather. Garden table & chairs with ingrained dirt and accumulated bird droppings. Door to boiler etc. room rattling annoyingly in slight breeze from windows.
