6.0The view is very nice and dinner was also very tasty
− The room was basic and utilities are old (shower almost not working), they had no fridge in the bar,.. There was little flexibility for the meals (only dinner for 20 dollars and lunch for 15 dollars), but no menu to have a small snack or something. Staff was nice but it was a bit too much (briefings, room attendant,..).

9.0The location is amazing, right on the edge of the jungle canopy. The room was very comfortable, the staff were exceptionally helpful, and the food was very good—better than what we had in similar lodges in Uganda.
− The main drawback was the distance to the gorilla tracking site, which took over an hour to reach in the morning.

7.0Nelly a organisé notre treck gorilles et nous a accompagné le jour J afin de veiller à ce que ce moment soit parfait. La cuisine y est excellente ainsi que le service fait toujours avec le sourire. Un grand Merci à tout le staff
− Nous y avons passés 2 nuits et subit plusieurs coupures d’eau sans possibilité de se doucher ou d’utiliser les toilettes. Nous aurions appréciés un petit mot de la direction et une remise au moins sur les frais de transaction au moment du paiement.
Prachtige plek voor fantastische zonsopkomsten
9.0Wat een fantastisch uitzicht heeft deze lodge, vooral de zonsopkomst was fantastisch. Het eten was goed, en vanuit de lodge kan je een heel leuke wandeling maken door het dorp naar de Batwa community.
− De badkamer is wat verouderd, maar zelfs vanuit de douche heb je nog het prachtige uitzicht.

9.0Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist einzigartig und das Zimmer war für diese Gegend aussergewöhnlich komfortabel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
− Die letzten 300m Strasse waren auch für 4x4 herausfordernd. Um Warmwasser zu erhalten, muss man die Dusche erst 15-20 Minuten kalt laufen lassen, denn der Boiler wird mit Holz und Feuer betrieben. Ich würde ein Boiler mit PV-Elementen in einer eco Lodge bevorzugen, denn Wasser ist auch ein Gut das man schützen sollte.

10.0הנוף! מיקום מדהים עם תצפית מצויינת מהמסעדה, מהחדרים ומכל מקום במלון! הצוות! כל כך נחמדים ונעימים. הופכים את החוויה למשפחתית! קמנו בשלוש לפנות בוקר כל הצוות חיכה לנו (: ביקשנו שלא יקומו אבל הם חיכו לנו. האוכל נהדר גם הארוחות הארוזות. היה כייף גדול!
