10.0This was my second stay at the hotel, and once again it was an excellent experience. The staff were attentive in every way and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. Their professionalism and willingness to help really stood out. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

10.0Understated beautiful design combining Mountain views and natural landscapes with an incredible onsen, cozy lounge and great bar. The views are incredible and the staff pays attention to every single detail from the pick up to your arrival and your wellbeing at all times
A very luxurious onsen experience with some of the best cocktails I've ever had!
8.0Cocktails and bartenders at night were exceptional. High end cocktails with top tier service. Also really appreciated all the complimentary snacks and drinks inside the room.
− Dinner and breakfast menu was very sophisticated but did wish the food servings were a little bit larger as I didn't end up feeling full after meals.
