7.0Lokalizacja, widok na Port, wielkość apartamentu, czystość , wyposazenie, miejsce postojowe w garażu.
− Brak klimatyzacji lub chociażby wiatraka. Ze względu na pobyt w bardzo upalne dni pobyt był uciążliwy. Super klimatyzacja w holu głównym i windach - wyżej już na korytarzu bardzo duszno.....

10.0Apartament bardzo komfortowy i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Zameldowanie bardzo sprawne. Widoki z balkonu przepiękne. Bardzo czysto w całym obiekcie. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem.
