Soggiorno brevissimo ma rilassante, esattamente quello che ci serviva!

Inizio col fatto che la titolare si è rilevata subito molto disponibile e cordiale, fornendo una risposta a tutte le domande del caso. La prenotazione si è svolta in maniera facile, e subito dopo ho ricevuto una mail contenete tutte le istruzioni necessarie per poter accedere autonomamente all'appartamento prenotato. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo mini appartamento per una notte durante il viaggio di rientro dalle vacanze e la nostra esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. La struttura si trova in periferia ma in una posizione molto pratica. Con una passeggiata di 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge un bel parco pubblico e tutti i servizi essenziali (supermercati, farmacia, gelateria, bar e ristoranti). In alternativa, per chi non vuole spostarsi a piedi o in macchina, la zona è ben coperta dal servizio Bolt. Parcheggio: Molto comodo e ben strutturato. È all'interno del cortile di proprietà, diviso in due zone con ingressi dedicati (i cancelli rimangono aperti, ma la cosa viene chiaramente segnalata in anticipo). L'appartamento (circa 50 mq) si presenta direi nuovo, moderno, pulito e ordinato. Le due camere da letto sono dotate di TV Smart e letti grandi e davvero comodi (una delle camere ha anche il climatizzatore). Ottimo il bagno, capiente e moderno,in linea col resto dell'immobile, con una bella doccia e specchio retroilluminato a LED. La cucina/zona pranzo (che funge anche da ingresso) è completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici, con anche un tavolo da 4 posti e un graditissimo minibar gratuito comprensivo di acqua, qualche dolce e capsule per il caffè. C'è anche un piccolo balcone dove poter prendere un po' d'aria. Il rapporto prezzo/qualità davvero conveniente, perfetto per chi cerca una tappa confortevole senza dover pagare per servizi "all inclusive" inutili per brevi soggiorni. Nel complesso è una struttura davvero consigliata per chi cerca praticità, pulizia e comfort a un ottimo prezzo.

− Segnalo solo qualche sciocchezza di manutenzione che non ha rovinato il soggiorno: gli infissi meriterebbero una regolata (una finestra non si chiudeva e la porta del balcone risulta un po' dura da aprire) mentre il dispenser del bagnoschiuma in doccia non funzionava (ma quello dello shampoo SI invece).
