9.0L'accoglienza è stata ottima, la proprietaria molto gentile ci ha permesso di parcheggiare all'ombra proprio vicino all'ingresso e ci ha mostrato il monolocale che è fornito di tutto il necessario (anche gli zampironi se uno volesse soggiornare all'aperto nel bel giardino o le capsule del caffè per la macchina Nespresso). Ci sono zanzariere a tutte le finestre quindi è possibile avere un buon ricircolo di aria senza il disturbo delle zanzare. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina preferendo andare al mare: è comunque bella, non molto grande ma fonda (arriva a 3 m di profondità).
− Il bagno è finestrato, ma il box doccia è davvero piccolo e deve avere una perdita da qualche parte poichè alcuni minuti dopo la doccia si trovava una pozza di acqua davanti ad esso. Il monolocale è tutto su un piano, ma per accedervi si devono salire 3 scalini senza passamano: per molti non è un problema, ma è bene saperlo. La posizione non è ideale per chi vuole andare al mare, più adatta a chi vuole visitare la Maremma e approfittare della piscina.

− Sarebbero utili delle tende a doppio strato: le tende della stanza, essendo piuttosto leggere, permettono alla luce di entrare ma non garantiscono molta privacy durante il giorno
Es war super schön und die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich. Wir kommen wieder.

9.0Tolles Appartement. Große Betten und gute Ausstattung. Wunderschöner Garten und großer Pool mit vielen Liegeflächen. Herzliche Gastgeber. Einfach toll.
