Ok for a more budget accommodation option
5.0Convenient location for where I needed to be - close to yoga centre and about 15 minute walk from village and beach - laundry just over the road. Room had efficient air conditioning and own door to room so easy to come and go. Staff were very friendly and helpful (the bed initially had no top sheet but the staff brought me one very promptly when asked).
− Unfortunately bad drainage smell from bathroom and there was a gap above door between bedroom and bathroom so could not get rid of smell. Rustic finish to roofing which i didn’t mind but was woken by something running around on the roof / in the ceiling which you might not like if you are squeamish. I also woke with some insect bites of some description. The property offers other rooms (bookable via Hippy Paws) which I feel are better value than these (my friend was staying in one so I got to see what it was like). The other issue is that although I had advised my arrival time with the host which was at 5pm there were no staff on site to meet me so I couldn’t check in and I had no data / phone credit so I had to walk down the road with my bags after a long journey to get Internet to contact the host. I understand from the host the staff take a break between 3pm and 5pm so it was just unfortunate no-one was around when I arrived. The host arrived promptly to meet me upon me contacting him.
