9.0La ubicación es excepcional ya que está entre la Catedral y la plaza del Topete, a unos pasos de todo.
− La insonorización al exterior, ya que el apartamento 3A da a la calle y de madrugada hay ruidos y gritos.

− Pues que tuve un problema con la maleta y no me lo resolvió el señor que me atendió. No hay taquilla en Renfe y no me dejaron dejar la maleta en el edificio
