− We are so disappointed of the treatment we had, we are not aware that your pool has high price payment for use excluded in the high rate. Tbh we wanted to book a resort not a hotel, we have a lot of hotel near us in mandaluyong. we use the pool at 3am they wanted us to pay and if we will use again from 7am its another payment. so our stay was really a disaster, it should be happy team building supposedly. They did not even let us use the balcony even if it is included in the payment we have, they said it is for the guess, what do they think of us staff? the sheets and the chairs are already torn out, and very itchy. Again this is not what you presented in the booking.com

4.0I liked that even if the owner is out of the country, he was very accommodating and tried to attend to our needs.
− Although our accommodation was initially 'upgraded' to a penthouse, the bathroom door was broken. I had originally booked for 12 people, but when we checked into the penthouse, we found that the two rooms only had single bunk beds. Only the master bedroom had a bed large enough to accommodate three people. The sofas and chairs were also worn out and covered with sheets to hide the damage. Additionally, we were not informed in advance that the pool was not included with our booking. At over P400 per person for just a few hours of swimming, it felt excessive. We were also told that even those who didn’t swim would still need to pay for pool access even if we had rooms booked. We had to make do of what we had and tried to enjoy the moment. But given all of this, I feel like we should have just booked a hotel instead.
