10.0Központi elhelyezkedés, egyszerű bejutás a lakásba, gyors és pontos kommunikáció a tulajdonossal, van udvar is. Egy előtérből 3 külön lakás nyílik, nagyobb társaságnak is kiváló.
− Éjszaka zajos volt az utca. A hűtőszekrény kinyitása kényelmetlen. A felette levő pult alá könnyen beszorul az ujjunk és lehorzsolódhat.

Za tę cenę ok, ale mogłoby być czyściej.
6.0Blisko do centrum, cicha i spokojna okolica. Blisko do sklepów/barow.
− Niestety było dość brudno. W łazience i w pokoju posprzątane, ale po podłodze koniecznie w klapkach, bo zaraz stopy całe czarne. Na tarasie chyba dawno nie było sprzątane, okna całe szare, podłoga się kleiła trochę :) kuchenka praktycznie nie działa, godzinę próbowaliśmy robić jajecznicę, a i tak się nie usmażyła. Parking 50m od bloku, płatny przy głównej ulicy.
