9.0The location is fantastic, right in Portree. Easy walk to the town and all it has to offer. The House is spacious compared to most and has a lovely, updated bathroom.
− I like to have a top sheet on the bed, not just the duvet. But that is just me.
We loved the unit, but getting to it was challenging.
8.0Location and the unit were outstanding!
− The description of the unit needs to reveal that navigating something like 40 stairs is required to reach the entry door. The stairs are divided into banks of 4-5 steps with a gravel path in between banks. This arrangement makes it difficult to drag a heavy suitcase. We learned about this arrangement from photos included in a review that was posted just before we started our travels. There was no information about this challenging approach in the booking.com post. Getting to the unit would be impossible for someone with any significant mobility issues.
