Good location but need upgrades.

Location and secured

− The cost went up a bit and no upgrade to the room. 3rd timer. It was hot by the way even at night. I think they need to at least put the air condition. The water heater needs replacement. You can hear other tenants even though our door is closed, is it because other tenants open their door?
