− Zerowy kontakt z osobami zarządzającymi mieszkaniem. KIlka telefonów w różnych porach dnia z prośbą o oddzwonienie pozostały bez odpowiedzi. W przypadku pytań lub problemów nie można liczyć na pomoc.
