Could be great, but managed and maintained poorly
2.0Location is great, as is the apartment itself. Lots of room and fantastic views.
− Payment and check in processes were painful, including multiple deposits on different platforms and demands to fill in additional paperwork and provide copies of identification and credit card before check-in. Communication with realtor was difficult, requiring multiple phone calls before being able to check in. Signs on walls in apartment threatening extra charges for various things. No laundry (including towels, bed sheets, bath mats, hand towels etc) or amenities (soap etc) makes it difficult to recommend for any short rentals. Despite being quite expensive, the upkeep was sub-par, with mould in showers, very dated appliances, and no wifi.
Great location and facilities however the smell from the mattresses was very overwhelming.
