Хорошее месторасположение, есть парковка . Квартира на 6 этаже, есть лифт.

− Ремонт желательно освежить. Диван не удобный, даже для подростка.

− Обещанной парковки нет - это обман, все места заняты! Хозяйка умышлено вводит в заблуждение, а коммуникация с ней невозможна, так как она просто ничего не хочет делать. Квартира очень уставшая и очень грязная. Чайник прокипятить с лимонной кислотой - это дело 2 минут, но даже это не сделано. Полотенца в таком состоянии, что ими брезгуешь вытираться. Раковина разбита и так далее... Видно, что нормального ухода эта квартира не видела очень давно.

Niekas nepatiko. Sofa maža, jokiam vaikui ji tikrai nepritaikyta miegojimui.

− Viskas! Patalynės kvapas siaubingas, prakaito. Pagalvės pageltusios, šaldytuvas nesutvarkytas jame radome ir plaukų, šaldymo kameroje šiukšlės. Sofa maža, baldai apgadinti, pelėsis, rūdys ir pnš. Deja, bet mes išvykome iš šių apartamentų ir nepasilikome net 1 nakčiai. Šeiminkai nesutiko grąžinti pinigų nepaistant to, kokius apartamentus mums paliko.

Хорошая , просторная квартира. Хорошие виды из окна , есть балкон. Есть всё не обходимое для приготовления еды. Если отдыхаете в Риге советую.
