10.0Good location — close to all major tourist cites. Easy to find parking. The apartment has been fully renovated and it is equipped with amenities necessary for a short or even longer stay. We especially appreciated having a fan on days that were hot and humid.

8.0The house is spacious, well equipped and super comfortable. The location is very central, with everything within walking distance (10 minutes or less from Tartu Raekoja Plats, the bus station and several supermarkets). Picking up the keys is quite simple. The host Merle is super friendly and always available. It has a excellent quality-price ratio especially considering the square meters of the apartment. I really enjoyed the experience and recommend it!
− What I can think of that could be improved would be to provide another pot or pan, as well as having these utensils more easily accessible in the cabinets, perhaps a stool (because I had difficulty reaching the higher shelves).
